Santa's Merry Muesli

We’ve been getting into Muesli for breakfast lately, and then I thought, wouldn’t it be great to have a Christmas inspired Muesli? So that’s when the idea sprang into my head! Santa’s Merry Muesli! Couldn’t get any better than this!

Santa's Merry Muesli

This is a delicious combination of oats, nuts, Christmas spices and some dried fruit. The best part is, you can mix it up as much as you like! We toasted our oats and nuts, but you could totally have it raw (that would be great if you wanted overnight oats!). We put slivered almonds and macadamias in ours – because let’s face it – they’re kind of Christmassy! But you could totally swap it up and use pecans, walnuts, or even sunflower seeds or pepitas!

We’re now a bit obsessed with this muesli and – shock horror! – sometimes we don’t even eat it at breakfast time. In fact, it makes a great snack for any time of the day!
