When you were a little kid did you like your sandwiches cut into triangles or squares? I had a preference for triangles, but you can bet that if Mum cut triangles without asking, I wanted squares! 😛 I’m kinda still a triangle type of gal.
I’d been meaning to make this recipe for soooo long (story of my life!), and when I finally did I was like, Woah! This is an amazing substitute for curried eggs. Behold, Vegan Curried Egg Sandwiches!
I used to love curried egg sandwiches back in the day (the pre-vegan day), but now I don’t want to eat eggs anymore, and lucky for me there are sooo many vegan alternatives are coming out now for eggs. It’s awesome. We already know about the scrambled tofu as a replacement for scrambled eggs, but now people are doing fried eggs, whole eggs, poached eggs and scotch eggs. All cruelty free.
If you love this recipe, you’d better check out our Messy Tree Sandwiches, which are pretty cool too!
If you loved our Vegan Curried Egg Sandwiches, please share this recipe with your friends and family! Let’s share the cruelty free love! We’d also love to see you make this recipe (cut into triangles or squares!), so if you do, please let us know on Instagram (#delightfulvegans) or Facebook!
