brussel sprouts

olive oil

cloves
garlic

nutmeg

lemon rind

coconut cream

Heat olive oil in a non stick fry pan

Add brussel sprouts and garlic and fry for around 5 to 7 minutes until brussels start browning

Add coconut cream and nutmeg and cook for a further 5 minutes

Add lemon rind a few minutes before you turn the heat off and toss through the brussels thoroughly
