Christmas Brussel Sprouts! These tasty morsels are packed with vitamin K and C, and have amazing antioxidant and anti inflammatory properties.
Servings: 4 people
Ingredients
  • 300g brussel sprouts
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp lemon rind
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a non stick fry pan
  2. Add brussel sprouts and garlic and fry for around 5 to 7 minutes until brussels start browning
  3. Add coconut cream and nutmeg and cook for a further 5 minutes
  4. Add lemon rind a few minutes before you turn the heat off and toss through the brussels thoroughly
