This Fiery Pesto is packed full of flavour and so easy to make! Enjoy it in pasta, salad dressings, on a pizza base or marinate tofu in it!

washed and firmly packed

lemon rind

grated

turmeric

olive oil

Add basil and all ingredients except olive oil to a food processor. Add olive oil through the top while still processing. You may need to stop the food processor a few times to scrape down the sides

Once it has blended thoroughly, store in a jar (make sure the jar is filled properly and there are no air pockets) and pour olive oil on top to preserve

It will store in the fridge for about 2 weeks, or you can freeze it and it'll keep for longer
