Apple and Blackberry Crumbles

Perfect for cold winter nights, these apple and blackberry crumbles are sure to satisfy. Serve with vegan ice-cream and you've got a perfect match.

Ingredients
Inside
  • 4 apples peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup blackberries thawed
  • Pinch clove powder (or two cloves)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar
Crumble
  • 1 Tbsp nuttelex
  • 4 Tbsp flour
  • 2 Tbsp Brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp oats
  • 2 Tbsp shredded coconut
  • 2 Tbsp macadamias chopped
  • pinch salt
Instructions
  1. cook the apples in 1 Tbs of water for around 5 minutes or until getting soft
  2. Stir in clove powder and cinnamon. Then add in the sugar
  3. Cook for a further 5 minutes
  4. Take off the heat and add in thawed blackberries. Stir it around.
  5. To make the crumble, mix nuttelex and flour together with your hands until crumbly
  6. Add all other ingredients and mix well
  7. Put the apple and blackberry mixture into two 14cm ramekins and put the crumble on top. Bake in oven at 180℃ for 20 to 25 minutes or until slightly browned on top
