Making this pizza is a piece of cake (or should I say pizza?) and who said you need cheese? This easy vegan pizza is moreish and mouthwateringly tasty.

pitted kalamata olives

Spread tomato paste evenly on a pita bread

Sprinkle Italian herbs over tomato paste

Add sliced mushrooms first, then roast pumpkin, olives, capers and crushed garlic

Bake in pre heated oven for 10 - 12 minutes at 180 degrees celsius

Add rocket on top and drizzle with olive oil.
