Filled with pumpkin, potato, peas and spices, these tasty Savoury Turnovers will leave your mouth watering for more. Perfect for a quick snack after work.

chopped into cubes

curry powder

turmeric powder

yellow mustard seeds

onion
chopped finely

garlic

ginger
grated finely

vegan puff pastry
slightly defrosted

Cook onion, garlic and ginger in a dash of olive oil for around 5 minutes

Add the spices and stir through for a minute or two

Add the cooked pumpkin, cooked potato and peas, and cook for a further 5 minutes or until warmed through and all the spices are thoroughly mixed through

Cut 1 sheet of pastry into 4 triangles. Scoop a large spoonful of the mixture into the middle of the triangle and fold up the sides, making sure there are no holes. You can do this by folding up the sides and making a parcel, or folding it over to make it look like a triangle

Place turnovers in the oven and cook for around 15 or 20 minutes at 180 degrees
