Remember that old classic from your Childhood? Well now you can make a plant based version with this delicious Vegan Fish Fingers Recipe.
Cut tofu into thin strips about 1/2cm thick. Then cut them in half lengthways to make fish finger like shapes.
Mix the vegan fish sauce in with the aquafaba.
Then dip each finger in the flour first to coat, then the aquafaba mixture and lastly coat in the breadcrumbs. Cook in the airfryer for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Alternatively you can bake them or shallow fry them.
Serve with a wedge of lemon or lime and some homemade tartare sauce.
Mix all ingredients into a small bowl and serve with the Tofu Fish Fingers.
