Smoky Cheesy Vegan Mayo

It is so easy to make your own homemade mayonnaise! Give it a go by making our Smoky Cheesy Vegan Mayo! It's a piece of cake and totally delicious.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp black salt
  • Generous sprinkle of white pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic crushed
  • 1/2 tsp chipotle powder
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp savoury yeast flakes
  • 1 1/4 cup canola oil
Instructions
  1. Add the soy milk, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic, chipotle and savoury yeast flakes into a food processor. Blend until well incorporated. Then add the canola oil slowly through the chute in the top while still blending. Then transfer to a container and keep refrigerated!
