Indulge yourself (and your friends!) with these Lemon and Poppy Seed cookies! Packed full of flavour, these won't last long out of the oven!

one small
lemon

nuttelex melted

maple syrup

half a
lemon

Preheat the oven to 180℃

Mix dry ingredients - the flour, baking powder, almond flour, salt, raw sugar, poppy seeds and lemon rind in a mixing bowl

Melt nuttelex and add lemon and maple syrup. Add this to the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly until it becomes a dough

Roll the dough out onto a floured surface and cut the cookies with a cookie cutter

Bake in the oven for 18 minutes

Let cool for around 15 minutes then try not to eat them all!
Makes about 22 cookies, depending on the size of your cookie cutter!
