This Easy Blueberry Spirulina Overnight Oats recipe is a quick and easy breakfast to throw together that is great to take to work or school for those busy days. It’s so easy to make and you can be prepared and do it the night before!
Or if you’re unprepared (like me most days!) you can make it up to an hour before. These oats are packed with healthy ingredients and keep you full for longer. It would be great as a post workout meal as well.
I just love the colours in this breakfast! So bright and cheerful! I love colourful food! If you don’t have Spirulina on hand you could make it without it. You could also use another berry instead of blueberries. You could try adding nuts or seeds or some chia seeds to the mix too.
I love using a vanilla or natural coconut yogurt to add to these oats. My favourite is the Born Cultured Yogurt based in Noosa, Autralia – but you can now usually find vegan yogurts at your local supermarket!
