I just love ice cream! I definitely have a weak spot for it! I had a craving for Mint Choc Chip Ice Cream, and little did I know how easy it would be, and that I could make it with only 3 ingredients!
We used a mint flavour chlorophyll in this ice cream – which you can get from health food stores, or online (try iherb!). It has a great minty flavour, and it turns the ice cream green, which makes it look the part too!
We use bananas for our ice cream – we find that gives it the creamiest flavour. If you don’t like bananas though, try with different frozen fruit – perhaps mango, but it might change up the flavour a bit (and the colour!).

Try out this 3 Ingredient Mint Choc Chip Ice Cream that is actually healthy for you! No refined sugar and a special superfood ingredient!
- 4 bananas frozen
- 1 tsp mint flavour chlorophyll
- 1/4 cup vegan choc chips or cacao nibs

Blend the bananas in a food processor until creamy. Then add the chlorophyll and blend until well incorporated. Lastly add the choc chips and blend for a few seconds more. Serve with more choc chips if desired! Enjoy!
