Miso Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Miso! That’s the secret ingredient in these Miso Peanut Butter Protein Balls! I guess it’s not that secret since it’s right there in the title. Oh, but it does also have It’s Veego Peanut Butter Protein Powder (seriously good, for those based in Australia).

Miso Peanut Butter Protein Balls

These are so easy to whip up, with only 7 ingredients! First I put the walnuts and coconut in a food processor and blended until fine. Then added the rest of the ingredients until the mixture came together, scraping down the side a few times. Then I rolled into balls and stored them in the fridge. For an extra touch, you could roll the balls again in the protein powder.

You could swap up the nuts in this, try cashews or pecans for something different.

I used white miso, I find this possily has a milder flavour, but you could try another type of miso if you like. I added the soy milk at the end to make the mixture come together, you could add more maple syrup or possibly water to make this happen. If it’s not coming together, add more liquid.
