Super Simple Vegan Garlic Bread

Oily, crispy, garlicky, herby, and a little spicy...what more could you want from this perfect super simple vegan garlic bread!
Servings: 2 people
Ingredients
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Generous pinch salt and pepper
  • 1/4 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 of a turkish bread
Instructions
  1. Crush garlic in a bowl
  2. Add olive oil
  3. Add all other ingredients. Herbs, chilli, salt and pepper
  4. Mix well
  5. Cut turkish bread in half
  6. Spread olive oil mix onto the turkish bread, covering well and adding liberally
  7. Bake in moderate oven under grill for around 10 to 12 minutes or until golden on top
Recipe Notes

Use fresh herbs if preferred or handy

Leave out herbs if desired

Add tomato, red onion and basil to make a yummy bruschetta
