These Nutmeg Spiced Cookies will have you thinking that it really is Christmas time with the beautiful nutmeg smell wafting through the house!

Brown sugar

of Salt

coconut oil
melted

Tbsp
Molasses

Tbsp
rice milk

Preheat oven to 180℃

Add the flour, almond flour, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt and brown sugar in a bowl and mix

Add melted coconut oil and mix through

Add rice milk and molasses and mix. Don't be afraid to use your hands, this is the best way to form the mixture into a dough

Once it is all mixed together, form into about 1 inch balls and put them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Press each one down with a fork

Bake in oven for 12 - 14 minutes (or an extra couple of minutes if you like them really crunchy!)
