Crunch on these Smoky BBQ Kale and Basil Chips! Make a massive batch and share them around with your friends! They don't last long!

Servings: 2 people
Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp tamari
  • 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1/4 tsp chipotle powder
  • 5 drops liquid smoke
  • 1 Tbsp savoury yeast
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 Tbsp canola oil
  • Bunch of fresh basil
  • Handful of fresh kale
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180℃

  2. Add all the ingredients except for the basil and kale into a large bowl and mix well

  3. Add the washed kale and basil and coat them with the BBQ mixture. Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes (keep an eye on them so they don't burn!) Or put them in your dehydrator overnight. Enjoy! They don't last long!
