Save this decadent dessert for an extra special occasion. This Grand Marnier Ice Cream with Hot Chocolate Fudge Sauce truly is divine.

Ingredients
Grand Marnier Ice Cream
  • 1 litre vegan vanilla ice cream
  • 1 Tbsp grated orange rind
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut toasted
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds toasted
  • 2 Tbsp Grand Marnier liqueur
Hot Chocolate Fudge Sauce
  • 1/2 cup dark vegan chocolate roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 Tbsp raw sugar
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
  1. Let the ice cream melt a little for 5 to 10 minutes. This will make it easier to mix the other ingredients through. 

  2. Put the ice cream in a big bowl and add the orange rind, toasted slivered almonds, toasted coconut and Grand Marnier and mix through until well incorporated

  3. Pour this mixture into a container that can be stored in the freezer. Freeze overnight, or for at least 6-8 hours

  4. For the hot chocolate fudge sauce, add all the ingredients to a double boiler or into a bowl over hot water and stir until melted. Pour generously over scoops of the Grand Marnier Ice Cream!
