Cook the noodles first and set aside to let them cool down.
Then cook the tofu with the soy sauce, kecap manis and white pepper. Let cool.
Gather all the rest of the vegetables and herbs so they are ready to roll!
Put some warm water in a large flat bowl. Add one rice paper sheet at a time. They only need to be dipped in the water for about 5-10 seconds. Any longer and they may break because they will be too soft. Then place the rice paper on a flat bench or chopping board and fill with the ingredients. Roll up and then slice in half with a sharp knife. Serve with dressing.
