Make your own fresh and tasty Thai food at home with this Thai Style Basil and Chilli Stir Fry! Your tastebuds won't regret it, and it'll become a regular recipe to make when you feel like Thai food!

Ingredients
Dash ofsesame oil
1tspgrated ginger
1red onionpeeled and sliced (optional)
1fresh wholechilicut a slice in in so it doesn't burst!
2carrotspeeled and chopped
small bunch ofbrocollini (100g)
1/2smallcauliflower (350g)chopped into florets
1mediumzucchini chopped
generous handful ofbasil leaves
200g tempeh or tofu (press your tofu, it'll taste better!)
1Tbspvegan fish sauce
pinchofchili flakes(optional - use more or less as desired)
2 - 3Tbspmirin
1Tbspsoy sauce
1 - 2tspvegan worcestire sauce
Instructions
Heat the sesame oil in a large fry pan or wok. Add the ginger, whole fresh chili and red onion and stir fry for a few minutes. Then add the harder veggies (broccolini, carrot, cauliflower) and stir fry for 7 - 10 minutes, or until softer. Then add the tempeh or tofu (precook this if you like, but I just add it in at this stage) zucchini, vegan fish sauce, mirin, extra chili flakes, soy sauce and vegan worcestire sauce and stir fry for another 3-4 minutes. Add the fresh basil leaves right at the end and stir through. Now it's time to eat!
