Candied Cinnamon Walnuts

Ingredients
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons nuttelex or another plant based butter
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C (356°F). Bake the walnuts for 10 minutes. Remove and let cool slightly. Heat the butter in a frying pan on medium heat, then add the remaining ingredients and the toasted nuts and toss until coated. Place on a tray to cool down. Then enjoy!
