Gluten Free Pear and Choc Chip Loaf

This Gluten Free Pear and Choc Chip Loaf is incredible! Have you ever gotten sick of plain old banana bread? (Hmm, us neither! 🤣) but anyway, this is a great and different alternative. The pear adds a delicious sweetness and softness when you bite into it.

We bought a whole box of pears down the road for $4! If this was not a sign to make a recipe I am not sure what is! Now that we’re living in Melbourne it’s fantastic to be able to walk to the shops whenever you want something, and the fruit shop always has specials on boxes of fruit and veg awaiting us at the entrance – it’s earth shatteringly awesome.

We made this one gluten free using Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free 1 to 1 flour, but you could use all purpose flour if you’re not gluten free and it will work just as well.
