Neapolitan Thickshake

Let's face it - you can't go wrong with Chocolate, Vanilla and Strawberry! Check out our healthy version of a Neapolitan Thickshake!

Ingredients
For the Strawberry Layer:
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 100ml plant based milk (we used soy milk)
For the Vanilla Layer:
  • 1/4 cup cashews soaked
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 100ml plant based milk
  • Generous sprinkle of ground vanilla bean
For the Chocolate Layer:
  • 1 1/2 frozen bananas
  • 100ml plant based milk
  • 1/2 Tbsp cacao powder
Instructions
  1. Get your Fressko Flask if you have one! Or just a big glass jar or clear drink bottle. Ours holds approx 450ml. Blend the ingredients of each layer separately. I started with strawberry and carefully poured it into the glass. I then put the flask in the freezer while I made the next layer. Once you've made the three layers and poured them into the glass, then it's ready to drink straight away! If you want to make it thicker then use more frozen fruit and less milk (and a good blender!). Then it will be like ice cream!
