Cooking with aquafaba is easy! Why waste the chickpea water when you can make a delicious dessert like this Golden Kiwi and Elderflower Mousse!
In a standing mixer with the whisk attachment, whisk the aquafaba until soft peaks form. Then add the sugar while still whisking until the mixture has stiff peaks. (I found this mixture quite sweet - next time I will half or even quarter the sugar - so you might want to do this)
