Spook your friends and have some fun this Halloween with these Vegan Mummy Dogs! So easy to make, so delicious - and suitably spooky!

Servings: 2 people
Ingredients
  • 4 vegan sausages
  • 1/2 sheet vegan puff pastry
  • 4 currants
  • A little plant based milk
Instructions
  1. Pre heat oven to 180ÂșC.  Let the pastry thaw out a little and then cut the pastry into strips about 1/2 a centimetre wide. Sit two sausages side by side and wrap pastry around dogs to look like a Mummy. Add currants for the eyes. Don't worry if they fall out while baking - makes it look even more spooky! Lay a tray with baking paper and spray with a little baking oil. Brush the Mummies with some plant based milk. Bake them for 40 - 50 minutes until they look ready! Serve with tomato sauce if desired.
