Dragon Fruit Chia Pudding

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1 100g packet frozen dragonfruit
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
Instructions
  1. Pour 1/2 cup of chia seeds into a large bowl

  2. Blend the remaining ingredients in a blender and pour over the chia seeds. Mix well and transfer to glasses, or glass jars. Leave for an hour or overnight.

  3. Decorate with desired toppings. We used frozen blueberries, coconut yogurt and a sprinkle of chia seeds.
