Pecan Pie Bliss Balls

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups pecans toasted
  • 2 cup desicatted coconut plus extra for coating
  • pinch of himalayan sea salt
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 320g can coconut condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
Instructions
  1. Toast the pecans for 10 mins in moderate oven if they are not already toasted. Let cool.

  2. Blend pecans in a food processor until crumbly.

  3. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until well incorporated.

  4. Roll into balls and coat each ball in coconut.

  5. Store in the fridge until ready to eat.
