These Pecan Pie Bliss Balls are so delicious! They have just the right amount of sweetness, nuttiness and saltiness, perfect for a treat with a cup of tea, and such a perfect snack for your Christmas table.
I used Natures Charm condensed coconut milk in this recipe, which give it the sweetness, so no need to add extra sugar.
First you toast the pecans, which gives it a more nutty flavour. Toasted pecans are so delicious! Let them cool, and then put them in a food processor until crumbly. Then add the remaining ingredients and process until it all comes together. Form into balls and roll in extra coconut.
Store these in the fridge until ready to eat.
