Hazelnut Cookies

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups gluten free flour
  • 1/2 cup hazelnut meal
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup raw sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup plant based butter melted
  • 1/4 cup plant based milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 Greenback Hazelnut Protein Bar chopped into small squares
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C

  2. Mix the flour, hazelnut meal, baking powder and salt into a mixing bowl. Cream the sugars and butter together in a standing mixer or with beaters. Add the milk and vanilla extract. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry. Form into balls and press one or two pieces of chopped hazelnut protein bars into each cookie.

  3. Bake at 180°C for 16-18 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
