Toast the whole blanched almonds first. I did mine in the overn at 180° for about 10 minutes. You could also do this on a stovetop. Let them cool completely. Cut up the marshmallows and put them in a large bowl with the rest of the ingredients except for the chocolate. Melt the white chocolate. I use a heat proof bowl on top of a saucepan of boiling water to do this. Once the chocolate has melted, pour it over the other ingredients and mix everything through well. Pour this mixture into a container lined with baking paper. Top with more pretzels if desired and put in the fridge to set for an hour.
