White Christmas with Pretzels and Turkish Delight

Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup whole blanched almond toasted
  • 10 - 12 dandies marshmallows cut in half
  • 1/3 cup glace cherries
  • 1/2 cup pretzels broken up
  • 6-7 pieces rose turkish delight cut in half or quarters
  • 1 300g packet of Sweet William white chocolate buttons
Instructions
  1. Toast the whole blanched almonds first. I did mine in the overn at 180° for about 10 minutes. You could also do this on a stovetop. Let them cool completely. Cut up the marshmallows and put them in a large bowl with the rest of the ingredients except for the chocolate. Melt the white chocolate. I use a heat proof bowl on top of a saucepan of boiling water to do this. Once the chocolate has melted, pour it over the other ingredients and mix everything through well. Pour this mixture into a container lined with baking paper. Top with more pretzels if desired and put in the fridge to set for an hour.
