Vegan Curry Mince Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 - 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 packet vegan mince (500g)
Instructions
  1. Heat the olive oil in a fry pan over medium heat. Cook the ginger for a minute or so and then add in the rest of the ingredients. Cook until the vegan mince is cooked. That's it! You now have Vegan Curry Mince to use however you like!
