You guys are going to want to make these, perfectly crispy, delicious morsels of goodness!
Firstly I rolled the cheese into little ball shapes and put them in the freezer. They were only in there for a few minutes, so I don't think this step is that necessary.
Then I made a batter from the flour, salt and pepper and soda water. I just added enough soda water to make a batter that wasn't too thick or too thin.
Then mix the panko bread crumbs in a separate bowl and add the nutritional yeast to it.
Coat the Balls in the batter mixture and then coat them in the panko mixure.
In the meantime heat the rice bran oil in a medium to small saucepan over low heat.
Once the oil is hot, drop in the cheese balls and cook them for a few minutes on each side until they are golden and crispy. Drain them on a paper towel and set aside.
Mix all of the ingredients into a jar or small bowl and stir well. Add more water or soda water for a thinner consistency. Serve with the cheese balls! Enjoy!
