Guys! Are you after a quick and easy snack recipe, or something that you can add to a main meal? Look no further than these Air Fried Curry Cauli Bites! Ready in about 20 mins, you can’t go wrong!
You could add these into a wrap, in a buddha bowl, on top of a soup, in a salad! The ideas are endless for this recipe.
All you do is mix up the ingredients in a small bowl, mix the cauliflower through and chuck it in the air fryer for 15 to 20 minutes! It would also work in an oven, but may take a bit longer.
For the dipping sauce I used Kingland International natural yogurt, some dried dill, crushed garlic, salt, pepper and lemon juice. You could always use a mayo base instead, or go a creamy ginger dressing with cashews.
