Who loves high tea? I know I do! I just love the choice of a range of delicious foods to try, usually both sweet and savoury, and going with a friend or a bunch of friends to chat, relax and munch on yummy food!
And that’s exactly what I did last weekend with my friend Jane from @veganonthegc on Instagram. She invited me to experience High Tea at Seeds of Life Robina. Seeds of Life is an organic, plant-based, gluten-free, grain free wholefood bakery! Now that’s a mouthful! But it’s so fantastic that they are making food that is suitable for those with allergies or who are dairy free, gluten free or vegan.
We met with Heidi, the owner and manager of Seeds of Life, and she’s on a mission to provide food for those that have allergens, as she is one of those people.
The high tea includes a 3 tier platter to share, full of some sweet and savoury delights, as well as a cup of tea or coffee of your choice.
They only do it monthly, and you have to book in advance. I would advise contacting them directly for a booking or to see when the next one is!
The price is AUD $39.95 per person, which is such a good price for what you get. It’s a fantastic experience, which I highly recommend! Would you go to a high tea like this? Let me know in the comments!
