Chocolate Porridge with Cacao Brain Power Granola

Servings: 2 people
Ingredients
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp cacao
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1/2 cup plant based milk (I used soy)
  • 1 Tbsp rice malt syrup or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Cacao Brain Power Granola by Mindful Foods
  • 2 Tbsp plant based milk
  • More Cacao Brain Power by Mindful Foods for topping
  • 1 Tbsp plain coconut yogurt optional
Instructions
  1. Add the oats, cinnamon, cacao and hot water to a small to medium pan and cook for a few minutes over medium heat. Then add the plant based milk and rice or maple syrup, stir and cook, stirring frequently for around 5 minutes, or until the oats are cooked. Then stir in the Cacao Brain Power Granola and the 2 Tbsp of plant based milk (add more milk or water if desired). Serve in a bowl topped with some more granola if desired and some coconut yogurt (optional). Enjoy!
